2. Acceptance of Terms

By using VibeWalls, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Free Plan

• Daily wallpaper access
• 1 AI generation per day
• HD quality downloads

Premium Plans

Premium features include:

• Advanced AI generation styles
• No advertisements
• Priority customer support

4. Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. AI Content Generation

Acceptable Use

When using AI generation features, you agree not to create content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Adult, violent, or inappropriate content
• Misleading or deceptive
• Spam or repetitive content

Content Ownership

• You retain rights to prompts you submit
• Generated wallpapers are for your personal use
• VibeWalls reserves rights to generated content for service improvement
• Commercial use of generated content is prohibited without explicit permission

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Share account credentials with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the system

7. Intellectual Property

• VibeWalls and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
• All wallpapers, designs, and AI models are our intellectual property
• You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of our content
• Personal use of wallpapers is permitted for subscribers

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows may temporarily limit access
• AI generation limits may apply during high-demand periods

• Subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period

Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
